Rent with purchase option
If you rent a piano with a purchase option, your choice will always be favorable after the rental period. If you continue playing the piano, you can buy the piano immediately after the rental period. If you decide not to continue playing the piano, then you are glad that you have opted for a rental system instead of having bought a precious piano.
What is a purchase option and how does it work?A purchase option means that you can buy the digital piano after the rental period. If you opt for a purchase option after the rental period, a portion of the already paid rent settled with the purchase price of the digital piano.
A residual amount remains after the settlement of the rent. If the remaining amount of the digital piano has been paid, you are the owner of the digital piano.
At6 months renting 3 months rent settled with the purchase amount.
At12 months renting 6 months rent settled with the purchase amount.
At24 months renting 9 months rent settled with the purchase amount.
Suppose the sales price of a digital piano is € 750, - and you rent the piano for 12 months for € 50, - per month. Then after the rental period 6 x € 50, - = € 300, - will be settled with the purchase price of the piano. The remaining amount is then € 750, - minus € 300, - = € 450, -.
Pay attention! Not every digital piano has a purchase option.
